Author Promotion, Book Reviews

✨ Shining the Light on Author, Sally Cronin! ✨ #IARTG @sgc58

Yesterday I was overjoyed and humbled to have my work and my passion featured on Sally Cronin’s website under her daily post “Smorgasbord Book Promotion – Air Your Reviews.”

Sally graciously shared my book of poetry The Heart’s Lullaby along with a few lovely reviews and links to my social media profiles. I was also delighted to see my work featured alongside fellow authors, Christoph Fischer and Shehanne Moore.

Sally is an accomplished author and one of the most generous and kind souls I’ve had the privilege to connect with. I encourage all readers and authors to visit her website, as you’ll quickly see just how amazing and incredibly supportive she is.

As a writer, Sally knows how important it is to have help in marketing books. In her own words, “As important as my own promotion is, I believe it is important to support others.” She offers a number of FREE promotional opportunities on her blog that is linked to her social media.

See how remarkable she is?! It’s with a grateful heart that I shine the light on her today.

I’ll be reading this volume soon as I absolutely loved What’s In a Name – Colourful Tales Volume One. It would make a beautiful Christmas gift for someone special.

If I may, I’d love to share my review of this collection of short stories with you today.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A highly recommended read. This is a gift for the soul.

What’s in a Name – Colourful Tales Volume One by Sally Cronin is an absolute gem of a book. Cronin is a gifted storyteller, and readers are sure to be moved and intrigued by this collection that was inspired by real-life occurrences. These are stories that will move you and stay with you long after you finish. I read through this collection in one day and have revisited it many times since. A book so enticing is a true testament to the skill of an author. To keep a book near, allowing one to relish in the many emotions it is sure to evoke, ultimately speaks to the treasures held within.

The characters come to life, and it’s impossible not to think of similar people we have met along our own journeys. I laughed and cried, found solace in heartfelt reflection.
A highly recommended read. This is a gift for the soul.

  1. Oh my goodness Natalie I am so touched by your delightful post thank you.. and lovely to read your review again for Volume one which was of course so gratefully received. I have been working for myself in one capacity or another for 21 years. I have loved everything that I have ever turned my hand to but I have to say that being part of this community and working with everyone as a team, is the happiest I have ever been. 4. So lovely to see Sally featured here, Natalie. Not only does she have a wonderful blog, she has also been so generous towards and supportive of other authors. Best of all, though, she’s a great writer, and if there’s anyone out there who hasn’t read “What’s in a Name,” and its sequel yet, then do yourself a favour and check them out.

  5. How lovely to come across this post today! Sally does so much for Indie writers, and has been a great support to me personally, so it’s great to see someone expressing such heartfelt appreciation for this lovely and talented lady… who I actually met in real life this year. 😊

      1. It certainly is, Sally. It’s flying by. Uni is really good this year, but busy. I am right in the middle of the first round of essays and snowed under, and frustrated that I can’t do half of the study that I want to do, even though I know it’s so much more than my young colleagues will be doing! I’m sure they’re not stressing over it though. Remind me again why I decided to do this… 😂😂😂 Hope all is well with you. Happy Halloween to You! Xxx

      2. Happy to remind you Ali that with your degree and your books to date, you will have built an amazing platform to launch future books and take advantage of many more opportunities available to someone with your qualifications. Tough with a family and commitments but we are so proud of you. And if you haven’t got time to post then let me share some of your early posts in my archive series so that you have something going out every week. hugs xx
