This week I was overjoyed and humbled to have my work and my passion featured on Sally Cronin’s website under her daily post “Smorgasbord Cafe and Bookstore – Meet the Authors.”
Sally generously shared my book of poetry The Heart’s Lullaby along with a lovely review and links to my social media profiles. I was also delighted to see my work featured alongside fellow authors, James J. Cudney and Stevie Turner.
Sally is an accomplished author and one of the most generous and kind souls I’ve had the privilege to connect with. I encourage all readers, authors, and bloggers to visit her website, as you’ll quickly see just how amazing and incredibly supportive she is.
As a writer, Sally knows how important it is to have help in marketing books. In her own words, “As important as my own promotion is, I believe it is important to support others.” She offers a number of FREE promotional opportunities on her blog that is linked to her social media.
♥
See how remarkable she is?! It’s with a grateful heart that I shine the light on her today.
To date, Sally has published fourteen books. Her most recent book, Life’s Rich Tapestry: Woven in Words was published on December 1, 2019, and has garnered fabulous reviews.

I’ll be reading this volume soon as I absolutely loved What’s In a Name – Colourful Tales Volume One.
If I may, I’d love to share my review of What’s In a Name – Colourful Tales Volume One, a beautiful collection of short stories.
♥
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A highly recommended read. This is a gift for the soul.
What’s in a Name – Colourful Tales Volume One by Sally Cronin is an absolute gem of a book. Cronin is a gifted storyteller, and readers are sure to be moved and intrigued by this collection that was inspired by real-life occurrences. These are stories that will move you and stay with you long after you finish. I read through this collection in one day and have revisited it many times since. A book so enticing is a true testament to the skill of an author. To keep a book near, allowing one to relish in the many emotions it is sure to evoke, ultimately speaks to the treasures held within.
The characters come to life, and it’s impossible not to think of similar people we have met along our own journeys. I laughed and cried, found solace in heartfelt reflection.
A highly recommended read. This is a gift for the soul.

So lovely to see Sally featured here, Natalie. Not only does she have a wonderful blog, she has also been so generous towards and supportive of other authors. Best of all, though, she’s a great writer, and if there’s anyone out there who hasn’t read “What’s in a Name,” and its sequel yet, then do yourself a favour and check them out.
