Christmas with the Angels ~ a message and a prayer by Natalie Ducey.

Poetry

12 Dec

As we decorated our tree, I felt a wave of emotion as I placed our ornament Because someone we love is in heaven, there’s a little bit of heaven in our home. I didn’t fight the tears. I embraced their significance and immersed myself in the memories and the love that remains. I’ve come to believe that this is the very essence of eternal love. ♥

I wrote Christmas with the Angels when I was searching for solace a few years ago. I pray with all my heart that it embraces you in the same way.

I hope that the season embraces you gently and may the moments and memories bring you joy, peace, and love in their own special way.

If you’d like to download a print (8×10) of Christmas with the Angels, please feel free to do so and share it with family and friends, as well. You can download a free copy of the 8×10 print here.

I look forward to connecting with you all again in the new year. Much love and gratitude across the miles.

Merry Christmas from our home to yours. ♥

This is so beautiful and moving, Natalie… it gives warmth and reassurance in times of sadness. The festive season is often the hardest when suffering loss … your way to ‘embraced their significance and immersed myself in the memories and the love that remains.’ shows a deep spiritual understanding of life, loss, and grief. Hugs, my friend! Xx❤️
